All prices are based on dual occupany. Please make sure when you book that you have added in the correct number of people using each room. After the first two guests, it is $15/person/night. The $15 charge will be added for guests not included in your original reservation at the time of your arrival.


Deposits
A 10% of the stay will be taken at the time of booking. No rooms will be held without this deposit.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days priors to your arrival date, there will be no charge. If you cancel between 30 and 14 days before arrival date, there is a cancellation fee of $50. If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date, the cancellation fee will be 50% of your reservation total. If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival date, the full room rate + taxes are non-refundable. Please note that we do offer worry free bookings. Check-out: 11am (late check out possible when available)

Pet Policy: We love dogs here at the Goose Pond Inn! There is $40 one time cleaning fee (per stay, not per night). Let us know you’re bringing along your dog, and we’ll provide you with water/food bowls, treats, and even some dog shampoo!

Smoking: There is no smoking anywhere inside the Inn, or within 25 feet of the Inn. There will be a $200 cleaning fee if you smoke in the house.
